At Blazing Barbecues, we are passionate, as we hope you are too, about the provenance of our food. We believe in using only the highest quality, locally sourced ingredients, helping to sustain local producers and provide you with only the best quality produce.

Chicken
All of our chicken is reared free-range at Goosnargh, renowned producers of corn fed chicken, celebrated by some of the UK's top chef's, including Gordon Ramsay and served in his restaurant at Claridge's.

Pork
Our pork is of the highest quality, it is free range pork reared on our doorstep in Whixley, North Yorkshire. We use traditional British breeds of pork and rare breeds are available.

Beef
All of our beef come solely from one producer, located in the North Yorkshire village of Masham. We use only the highest quality Aberdeen Angus cattle for their fine marbling, distinct flavour and melt in the mouth tenderness.
All our beef has been dry matured for at least 21 days.

Lamb
All of our lamb comes from the acclaimed New Pasture's Farm in Marton cum Grafton, near Knaresborough, North Yorkshire. All of the lamb is reared free range and when in season, we can supply the finest Spring Lamb.

Fish
We believe when eating fish and seafood, it should be caught using sustainable methods that aren't detrimental to it's natural habitat, this is why we are proud to solely buy from Ramus Seafood in Harrogate. Ramus Seafood have been the leading fishmongers in Yorkshire for over a decade and have won countless industry awards.

Game
All of our game served is ethically farmed to the highest standards in Sherburn in Elmet, North Yorkshire. Our supplier holds the EFSIS Higher Certificate of Competence, ensuring our game is produced to the highest standards.

As we have in the UK some of the highest quality fruits, berries and vegetables, we have made it our mission to serve only the freshest, local produce we possibly can.

About Our Meat
As we pay so much attention as to where we source our meat, poultry and game from, we believe it only right to apply the same high standards in the butchering and production of our meat.
All of our meat is prepared on site by our very own, Butcher's Guild qualified, butchery department. As well as this all of our meat products are produced by hand, using only the finest quality ingredients, following our very own award winning recipes to ensure you receive only the highest standard product's.
We are also fully certified by EBLEX and BPEX, ensuring that all of our beef, lamb and pork conforms to their quality assurance scheme.
