Following the success of our Blazing Barbecues World Championship BBQ Team, we are now providing a superb opportunity for you to fully learn and understand the art of barbecuing in a fun and friendly way.

The Day Begins mid-morning with coffee and warm chocolate brownies (cooked on the BBQ.) There will then be some theory about the BBQ, then into action. You'll have the chance to create a delicious three course meal, all of which (yes, including desserts) will be cooked on the BBQ. You'll go home having learned the special techniques which could turn you into an expert barbecuer too.
